All of our products are made to order, which means each item is uniquely created just for you. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a printing error

• You receive the wrong product

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the problem. We'll be happy to make it right.
